That is why we created the Lawyered-Up Citation Protection Plan a premium membership that covers you up to $500.00 per year for traffic citations and or attorney fees related to a traffic stop, all you have to do if you get stopped is activate the app and get Lawyered Up. Our team will step in immediately to speak to the officer. And if the citation still gets issued? We’ll handle it, from assigning an attorney to covering the cost of all eligible citations.

The Lawyered-UP Citation Protection Plan is designed to provide peace of mind during routine traffic stops, not as a substitute for insurance or full legal defense. To maintain transparency and integrity, please review the following exclusions:

SUSPENDED OR EXPIRED DRIVER’S LICENSE

NO INSUARNCE OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE INSURANCE

OUSTANDING WARRANTS OR UNPAID PAST CITATIONS 

FIX-IT-TICKETS (e.g. broken headlights, window tint, emissions, etc.)

Mechanical violations (bald tires, brake lights, cracked windshield, etc.)

ACCIDENTS INVOLVING BODILY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE

STOPS WHERE THE APP LAWYEERD-UP WAS NOT ACTIVATED AND AN ATTORNEY OR REP WAS ONLINE.

**PLAN REQUIREMENTS**

User must be actively connected to the Lawyered-Up app during traffic stop.

Attorney or rep must be engaged in real-time.

Coverage is limited to traffic citations issued during that live interaction

No reimbursements’ – we assign the attorney and manage the process directly.

LAWYERED UP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY COVERAGE FOR ANY CLAIM THAT FALLS OUTSIDE THE TERMS OF SERVICE OR IF THE USER IS FOUND TO HAVE MISSUSED THE PLATFORM.
